When guests sign a guestbook, we collect their name, email address (optional), mailing address, and an optional message. Event hosts provide their email address to create an account.
Guest information is collected solely for the purpose of providing it to the event host for thank you card mailing purposes. We do not sell, share, or use guest data for marketing or any other purpose.
Only the host of the event can view the guest list for their event. Guest data is protected by row-level security and is never visible to other users or the public.
Event and guest data is retained until the host deletes their account. Hosts can deactivate events at any time to stop accepting new guests.
We use cookies solely for authentication purposes to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use Supabase for database and authentication services, and Vercel for hosting. These services have their own privacy policies.
